Tips to make your blog comment stand out

Blog commenting is a long-dead strategy, and is something that a lot of people believe. And it might be true as people and businesses are now using social media to comment and interact with their users. But it is not entirely right to assume that blog commenting is dead. It is still useful, and if you hire a team for blog comment services right now, it will be fruitful to you. Or you can take it upon yourself to write clever and exceptional blog comments on popular blogs. Why will it work now? Well, because a lot of people think of it as a lost or dying art, so basically you have no competition.

If you see blog comments these days, you will find hardly two or three comments that are meaningful and have a name for you to interact with. It can work in your favor as now you can comment on other popular blogs and get traffic, meaningful connections, and an even better identity for your business.

But to do that, you have to write the best comments ever, and here is how you can do that.

Tip 1: Share personal anecdotes or insights

A person would connect with your comment only when it is relevant or provide value to them. Therefore, being honest while blog commenting is of utmost importance. To do this, you do not have to write a long comment or so. In a few lines share why a particular line or paragraph hit home for you.

Also, if there is one point where you think another point should be more relevant, provide that with a source link (maybe your blog). Providing insights or struggles or anecdotes helps start a conversation and connect you with other bloggers or commentators. To do that, read the entire piece thoroughly.

Tip 2: Add new information

If you have a new point to add to the content of the article that wasn’t available in it, you should. Or you may like to correct a point in a comment, do that if you have the proper information. It will help increase the comment count, and people would read the article more. That benefits the blogger, and a blogger would like to build a relationship with the commentator who made it possible. So, here is your chance to work with them or have more opportunities and you can also add a link to your blog organically to get traffic to your site.

Tip 3: Make your comment noticeable to the blogger

The comment needs to be structured properly for the blogger to notice. So, make sure you start by writing your full name and not use a keyword in the name section. After that, greet the blogger by writing his/her name. Then compliment the blog in a line or two. And then you should proceed with the rest- asking questions, adding a valuable piece of information, or more. Lastly, end with a promise to share it and fulfill it to get better results.

Tip 4: Be careful about the topic

Writing a comment that has nothing to do with the title is wrong. It has no benefit to you or the blogger or even to the other people who are reading the blog. So, be on-topic always.

Here’s hoping that these tips will ensure that you get high results from blog commenting.
