Eating fruits with diabetes? Good or bad

Fruits are delicious, sweet, and full of nutrients. Not only can they satiate our hunger, but also our need for a sweet fix. But when it comes to diabetic people, they are unsure whether fruits are good for them or not. Though fruits have natural and organic sugar, it can still raise your insulin levels as many people believe.

They have more sugar in it, which can increase your blood sugar level. Also, if you eat processed or canned fruit, it has no fiber so it is not good for you.

All these fruits have a low glycemic value which means it can help you keep your insulin level in check. Watermelon and dates have high glycemic value so you should eat them in moderation.
