Send an appeal to them

 

• Open the mobile app for PUBG. A dialogue box will appear stating that your account is banned.

• It will have two option-terms of use or file claim.

• Click on terms of use to know the reason for the account ban. 

• If you know the reason and want to unban the account, go to file a claim.

• The review team of the game will look through the claim and get back to you about the issues.
